what a rush
It is to see all the words we could read and things we could learn if we would only make the time.

Out in the West Texas town of El Paso, I fell in love with a Mexican girl.
I married her and moved her to North Carolina. She cried at the trees and their green density. It blocked out the sun, her sun and blurred her perspective

Sunshine, Easter Saturday.
Taking deep breaths. Grateful for bookstores and typewriters and
Friends. And a moment to myself
While the traffic streams by.
My family waits at home. Today will be a good day.

Alas when in 1965 the Latin class was not offered, they insisted that I
Take typing.  Little did I know how helpful such a skill would be .  Now in
2017 by computer savvy students wonder how I can type so fast without looking.

What is any oak but an acorn grow? What is any ocean but a multitude of drops?
I must begin somewhere.
The road led me to the city of Oaks.  I foound great purpose and solace among
The trees.

i know how you feel. continue to rise each morning. face the day. you areso much stronger than you think. press into the lord, into fellowship,

into productive work and friends, and family and exercise.

take note of the small things; the sun, the tulips, the woman

really try to see it. ask the lord to help you.

my bones just feel tired. it took everything in me toget off the bed, shower, brush my teeth, and get back on the bed.

i am spent and i need strength. i am tired. of everything.

nothing sounds good right now. i'm drained physically and

emotionally. happy days, come soon. lord, come soon.

I will enjoy being me.

The beauty in living is you get to try it over
And over again and at some point you win.

I feel like whitewashed blackboard, still dusty from all that was wiped,

still carrying the sediment

of all they wrote upon me.

They need a clean slate,

so a clean slate

I become. Over

and over

and again.
